I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC16393) in the state of California. I believe therapy is about more than just finding solutions, it is about building a deep, meaningful relationship that allows us to navigate and heal the root causes of your struggles.

I work with adults from a variety of identities, cultures, and backgrounds in a validating and accepting therapeutic relationship to help you feel comfortable, safe, and productive. By working together as a team, we can find a way to develop your personal goals.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and my Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of San Diego. I specialize in working with trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, and addiction. I have extensive experience in various mental health settings, including community mental health, intensive outpatient care, and private practice. Before private practice, I worked in treatment centers for addiction and co-occurring mental health concerns, which has helped me further utilize clinical-based interventions to navigate the impact of adverse life experiences in individuals who are struggling with addiction.

At various stages of my life, I have participated in my own therapy. This journey was challenging and yet so rewarding, it not only demonstrated the benefits of therapy but also allowed me to experience a client’s perspective of how healing the therapuetic process can be when working with an effective therapist.
