What if I do not have Cigna or Aetna?
I then operate as a out-of-network provider and you may qualify to utilize your out of network insurance benefits for our sessions depending on your health insurance plan and provider. Superbills are provided at the end of each month detailing the summary of therapeutic services as an option to submit to insurance providers. It is important to note that the full service fee is due at the time of the session.

Superbills are provided for any out-of-network clients to submit for reimbursement through their insurance provider. Affordable options for therapy are a top priority.
A superbill is a comprehensive record made for insurance companies that details the services a therapist provided for the client. If you choose to pay for a therapy session out-of-pocket, your therapist can provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. The actual reimbursement amount varies depending on your specific insurance plan and the type of service rendered.

Session Fee:
My out-of-pocket session fee for 55 minutes is $180. Superbills will be provided at the end of each month detailing the summary of therapeutic services as an option to submit to insurance providers.
